Fallow & Wren Shipping Policy 

Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside this region at this time.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are hand-poured and carefully packaged, so please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order before it’s dispatched.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

  • UK Standard: 2–5 business days via Royal Mail.

  • Please note these are estimates and delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing (EU orders), or unforeseen events outside our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and order size.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions; see our website for current offers.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Risk and Title:

  • Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels after this point, though we will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.

  • If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at fallowandwren@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
